About Bee Invoicing Mobile

Bee Invoicing has been designed to simplify the process of Invoicing, and allows you to sync with the OSX Bee Invoicing app. You can Invoice (and Quote) for billable time, products sold, or both! Bee Invoicing lets you easily create and manage your Invoices and Quotes, generate Receipts & Customer Statements, and track your Customers, Jobs, Products, Payments, Time and more.

iCloud Sync

Sync your Bee Invoicing data between Macs and iOS devices. For more info, see the iCloud Help Page.

Getting Started

  1. The first thing you should do is go to the Companies tab and update your Company defaults. Add a logo if you have one.
  2. Go to the Customers tab and start entering your customers.
  3. If you are selling items or services, or billing expenses, go to the Items tab and add all of your items and prices.
  4. If you are billing for time, add your Jobs, then start logging your time in the Timesheet tab.
  5. Start creating Invoices, Quotes and Customer Statements.
  6. As the money comes in, add details in the Payments tab.
